The Samsung Apex is a New Product Just for Guys [NSFW]

Samsung-Apex

What could compliment Google Glass? The Samsung Apex. The Apex is a new gadget that will literally satisfy you everyday without thinking twice about it. It goes over your crotch, and as you do something like surf the net, it will service your male needs.

Obviously this is all a joke, but it is pretty hysterical. The Onion team came up with this little gem, and if you have not seen their work before, well then you have a treat waiting for you. Check out the video below, and I know you guys partly wish this were a true gadget.

New Wearable Computer Also Sucks Your Dick Been an Android nerd since the G1 days. I believe I hacked and flashed that phone into dust. Since then I jumped onto the G2 and now rocking the totally awesome HTC One S. I also host and produce The ManDroid Show every week and love talking Android to whoever wants to talk about it. Samsung Galaxy S4 Developer Edition available for Verizon at $649

Back in May, we told you that developer edition of the Samsung Galaxy S4 is headed towards AT&T and Verizon, and we might see it soon. And guess who won the race? Samsung officially unveiled the developer edition of the famous smartphone for Verizon, and it is available for $649 directly through Samsung’s online store. Everything under the hood is just like the original version, it just comes with unlocked bootloader and no bloatware.

GS4_Verizon_Black_400x400_large1_clSamsung has a special love for developers, hence a special device just for the developers. Carriers probably have something against no bloatware and a fully unlocked bootloader, like the AT&T and Verizon Galaxy S4 can be unlocked and turned into a developer phone, but the carriers just don’t approve it. Although, there’s a way to do it, and that is hacking, but that is dangerous and will definitely void your warranty. We are not encouraging you to do it, only just telling you about the options. So if you are not a hacking type person yet looking forward to a developer edition of Galaxy S4, then here it is!

Are you planning to grab the Galaxy S4 Developer Edition, or is it just too heavy on the pocket? Tell us about it in the comment box below.

Flash Android 4.3 on the Samsung Galaxy S4 [GT-I9505]

So now that you know there’s a working version of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out there, the next thing you want to know is how to flash it on your Samsung Galaxy S4. Great news! You can, and it’s not all that difficult. The not great news? It’s only working on the standard GT-I9505 (with Snapdragon CPU) and Google Edition Samsung Galaxy S4. In fact, this is actually ported from the latter device.

The guys over at SamMobile have detailed the process which is rather simple, especially for those who are familiar with flashing ROMs on devices. Keep in mind, however, that doing things like this will void your warranty and that you may run into issues. If you’re not keen on messing with that brand new Samsung Galaxy S4 then just leave it alone for now.

Again, this is not the U.S. models we’re talking about here; only the I9505 model works so far.

System details:
Android version: 4.3
Build ID: JWR66N
PDA: I9505GUEUBMFP
CSC: I9505GXARBMFP
Build Date: 26 June 2013
Changelist: 968842

Neither Google nor Samsung has yet to say anything official about Android 4.3 so it’s still considered an unannounced build. With that in mind, it won’t be long before it begins rolling out to Nexus models and other Google Edition phones. That is… hopefully.

To get the complete walkthrough, head to SamMobile!

Samsung S Advance performance findings

Default Samsung S Advance performance findings I see a lot of people have struggled with choosing right fw and kernels.
I decided to make this thread to eliminate as many questions as possible. I will be updating this thread with my own tests based on running different custom firmwares which I will try on my own and kernels, no custom add-ons or scripts for placebo effect.

Feel free to post your performance as well.

Performance up to date:

Debloated stock GB rom(rooted) + stock kernel = 255/555 RAM(roughly)

Debloated stock JB rom(rooted) + stock kernel = 355/555 RAM(roughly)

More OTW...
